Helena is a Brazilian jiu jitsu purple belt & has already established herself as one of the most exciting grapplers of this generation.
At just 17 years old, Helena is the youngest athlete to medal at the ADCC World Championships, after winning West Coast Trials and has gained an impressed record of victories on the grappling circuit so far. Notable wins include 4 IBJJF titles, 3 WNO titles, 2 UFC Invitational wins & 2 Polaris victories.
