Bad service

I bought the wrong size so I asked to send back (package unopened)I noticed my shortes after training were a Small, I emailed to say the package hasn't arrived yet I'll send them back for a small size, I was told nothing like that was on offer for European customs, that should be something to advertise to ur very very large European customer Base since Europe has to be the biggest customer too.
