I would recommend a size up as I bought an M and it was a little tight. But overall very good quality.

Gear is super nice, would have given 5 stars but ordered 3 rash guards and 2 fit tighter than the other after washing. Washed cold, hang dried. Ordered per size chart. Otherwise kit is nice and gets lots of compliments!
